- When I am driving in traffic I tend to want to hold my breath thinking that maybe that would speed things up.
- When I am waiting for a slow Web page to open or a file to download.
- When I am cold.
- When I am in pain.
- When I am driving too close to the car in front of me.
- When I am anticipating negative events.
- When I am emotionally distressed.
- When I am hearing loud or disturbing noises.
- Bad smells. When I am at work and someone is cooking something in the microwave that doesn't smell nice, I tend to breathe shallowly so trying to avoid the bad smell.
Breath of fire helps me make sure I breathe at a time of discomfort or pain.
