Exercising at a young age makes it easy to lose weight later in life

It is true that as women grow older it becomes more difficult for them to lose weight.

But exercising when you are young means that you will be equipped with the tools you need when you are old to counter the effects of a slowing metabolism: stronger muscles (if they become like SUVs they will be able to burn more calories easily), endurance, muscle memory, motor skills (A lot of the effort that goes into many forms of exercise is the mind-body coordination of the movements; Establishing that at a young age is easier), flexibility, an established habit of exercising, an awareness of your body's capacities and limitations (you are less likely to hurt yourself).
