No, I have not found a complete Arabic t...</title><content type='html'>Hi Fadi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No, I have not found a complete Arabic thesaurus online and that is why I developed this technique. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Of course, it is limited, but it is better than nothing. You can piggyback on synonyms when you feel you are getting closer to what you want. Searching is, after all, an intuitive process. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Google has provided many dynamic user-generated applications that are becoming even better than traditional resources. Wikis are another good example of user-generated resources. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am guessing that Google (and other online search tools) can be used in other ways to produce thesauruses by harnessing other existing online resources. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We can&amp;#39;t wait for an Arabic thesaurus, we can develop one ourselves and the potentials today are limitless. By doing this you c...</title><content type='html'>Hello Lina, Thx for the tip. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By doing this you can leave out an expansive set of Arabic word synonyms that the English language simply does not possess in its lexicon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For example, the Arabic language contains 14 different names for the word, Lion, each with a slightly different meaning, but all fundamentally describing Lion. Another example, is &amp;quot;Sword&amp;quot;. of course there are thousands more.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While the method you suggested is quite useful, it is also limiting.
